Responsibilities: • Represent buyers and sellers in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions • Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, goals, and timelines • Manage property showings, open houses, and client follow-ups • Utilize company-provided leads and CRM systems to build your client pipeline • Prepare and present Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and listing proposals • Draft offers, negotiate contracts, and guide clients through the entire transaction process • Collaborate with in-house marketing personnel to enhance your personal brand • Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and mastermind meetings • Stay informed about market trends, inventory, and local real estate developments • Maintain RECA and EREB compliance and uphold the highest professional standards Qualifications: • Must be a licensed Real Estate Associate in Alberta (RECA compliant) • Member (or eligible to become a member) of EREB and AREA • Passionate about helping people and building long-term client relationships • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Highly self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM platforms and digital tools • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends • Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset Compensation: $40,000 - $70,000 + Bonus
