As a Real Estate Sales Agent with The Bridge Group, you will have access to proven models, training, coaching, systems, and leadership designed to help you build a consistent and sustainable business. This role is ideal for an agent who is coachable, competitive, service-minded, and ready to execute daily income-producing activities. Responsibilities: • Train and coach directly with our Team Leads • Execute daily and weekly lead generation standards • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments • Consult with buyers and sellers and guide them through the real estate process • Convert seller opportunities into signed listings • Market homes effectively and conduct open houses when you receive listings • Demonstrate knowledge of pricing strategies, staging, listing preparation, and market positioning • Negotiate offers on behalf of clients • Participate in weekly trainings, script practice, and team development opportunities • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions • Track all activities, leads, appointments, and clients in our technology systems • Follow The Bridge Group’s proven models, systems, and standards Qualifications: New agents are welcome! • Licensed real estate professionals or those currently working toward licensure • Coachable and willing to follow proven systems • Growth-minded and learning-based • Strong written and verbal communicators • Organized and consistent with follow-up • Comfortable with prospecting and lead generation, or willing to develop that skill • Confident in building rapport and listening to client needs • Willing to learn scripts, dialogues, and objection handling • Strong with time management and daily execution • Committed to providing excellent client service • Competitive, driven, and willing to do what it takes You do not need years of experience to succeed here, but you do need a strong work ethic, a willingness to be coached, and the discipline to take consistent action. Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 yearly
