Responsibilities: • Learn and apply proven strategies to generate and nurture client leads effectively. • Show properties to potential buyers, providing insightful and personalized tours. • Manage real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth process for all parties. • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for mutual success. • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills. • Utilize company tools and systems to streamline your daily tasks and maximize productivity. • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions. Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one). • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, fostering trust and long-term relationships. • Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate strategies and technologies. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, sharing insights and supporting mutual success. • Comfortable with technology and able to utilize company tools to enhance productivity and client engagement. Compensation: $125,000 - $215,000 yearly
