Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one). • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients. • Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment. • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced real estate market. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently. • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training. • Familiarity with real estate principles and practices is a plus, but not required. Compensation: $120,500 - $296,500 yearly
