Responsibilities: • Engage actively with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and build lasting relationships. • Showcase properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits to match their preferences. • Assist in the preparation and execution of real estate documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings. • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in the real estate market. • Utilize provided leads and resources to generate new business opportunities and expand your client base. • Manage and coordinate property transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved. Qualifications: • Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent. • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members. • Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment, embracing continuous professional development. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared marketing and sales strategies. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple property transactions and client interactions efficiently. • Familiarity with real estate principles and practices, or a willingness to learn quickly through training and mentorship programs. Compensation: $125,000 - $185,000 yearly
