Responsibilities: • Take ownership of your daily prospecting and follow-up activities • Build and manage your own pipeline of potential buyers and sellers • Set and confirm appointments through consistent communication • Maintain accurate tracking of all activity in CRM systems • Monitor personal performance and adjust strategies as needed • Engage in optional training and development opportunities Qualifications: • Active real estate license or plans to obtain one • Self-disciplined and comfortable working independently • Strong time management and organizational skills • Confident communicator with the ability to handle objections • Entrepreneurial mindset with income-driven motivation • Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation Compensation: $115,000 - $195,000 yearly
