Responsibilities: • Assist in generating new client leads through various marketing strategies and networking opportunities. • Show properties to potential buyers, providing detailed information and answering any questions they may have. • Manage real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time. • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals. • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills. • Utilize company-provided tools and resources to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction. • Maintain a strong understanding of the local real estate market to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice. Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one). • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build and maintain client relationships. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey information clearly and persuasively. • Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and success. • Familiarity with the local real estate market, or a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly. • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring all deadlines are met with attention to detail. • Comfortable using technology and digital tools to streamline processes and enhance client interactions. • Commitment to ongoing professional development, actively participating in training and skill-building opportunities. Compensation: $150,000 - $185,000 yearly
