Responsibilities: • Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us • Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent • Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information • Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met Qualifications: • Must have great communication and interpersonal skills • Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car • Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred • +1 year of experience generating real estate leads • Must possess a real estate license Compensation: $78,000+ yearly
