Responsibilities: • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market Qualifications: • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • 2 - 4 years of Real Estate experience required • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Westlake Village, CA, and surrounding areas • Ability to build and maintain client relationships • Proficiency in real estate software and tools • Self-motivated and results-driven individual • A valid California Real Estate License is required for this job • Live close to the Westlake Village, CA, Office Compensation: $125,000+ at plan
