Responsibilities: • Showcase expertise in listing and selling residential real estate, guiding clients through the entire process effectively. • Skillfully negotiate and finalize purchase agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial terms for buyers and sellers. • Prepare and present strong listing value propositions that emphasize the unique benefits you offer to sellers. • Provide expert consultation and guidance to clients throughout the real estate transaction process, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their decisions. • Dedicate yourself fully to clients, working diligently to ensure their satisfaction and success in the real estate market. Qualifications: • Must hold an Active Real Estate License in California. • Must reside in close proximity to our Victorville office for training sessions and meetings. • Availability for a full-time commitment to work with both buyers and sellers as leads are generated. • Participation in a comprehensive 1-week training program aimed at ensuring success in the role. • Embrace a team-oriented approach where sharing knowledge is encouraged. • Display enthusiasm and thrive in a dynamic and energetic work environment. Compensation: $70,000 - $168,000 at plan yearly
