Position Overview :
As a Mortgage Loan Officer with WWFR, you will enjoy a 100% commission-based structure with only a small flat fee deducted per transaction. You will have the freedom to work independently, control your compensation, and offer the lowest rates to your clients. In this role, you’ll work with a full-service banker and real estate brokerage company to drive results and expand your business reach.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Originate mortgage loans and provide financing solutions for borrowers, maintaining control over loan compensation and terms.
• Collaborate with WWFR’s brokerage team to offer real estate transaction support.
• Ensure prompt loan processing with WWFR’s in-house team and submit necessary documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining relationships with clients to assist them throughout the mortgage process.
• Adhere to all state and federal compliance requirements.

Qualifications :

• Must have an active NMLS sponsorship by CA DRE.
• For real estate transactions, must hold a CA DRE salesperson or broker’s license.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
