Responsibilities: Guide buyers and sellers through residential real estate transactionsConduct buyer consultations, property showings, and listing presentationsNegotiate offers and contracts while representing your clients' best interestsMaintain communication and follow up with prospects and active clientsUse CRM and team systems to track activity and manage opportunitiesAttend team training, coaching sessions, and production meetingsBuild relationships with clients while delivering exceptional customer serviceWork with our internal support teams including marketing, transaction coordination, title, and mortgage partners Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Compensation: $80,000 - $210,000 at plan earnings
