Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end AI project implementation across marketing, operations, client services, and transaction management • Evaluate, select, and integrate AI tools and platforms tailored to real estate workflows • Train team members on AI tools and develop best practices for adoption • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution • Collaborate with agents, marketing, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities • Stay current on emerging AI technologies relevant to real estate • Measure ROI and performance metrics for AI initiatives • Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships Qualifications: Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology implementation • Demonstrated knowledge of AI tools and applications (ChatGPT, automation platforms, CRM AI features, etc.) • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Real estate industry experience or strong willingness to learn the business Preferred Qualifications: • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent • Experience with real estate technology platforms (MLS systems, CRMs like Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, etc.) • Background in change management and team training • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools • Familiarity with marketing automation and lead generation systems Compensation: $20 hourly
