This internship provides structured exposure to investment analysis, property performance evaluation, and market research within an active brokerage environment.

Internship Overview

The Real Estate Analyst Intern will gain hands-on exposure to evaluating residential investment properties and supporting underwriting and research processes.

Participants may gain exposure to:

Assisting with comparative market analysis (CMA) and rental rate research

Reviewing property financials and operating performance metrics

Supporting renovation budgeting and return-on-investment calculations

Analyzing rental income, expenses, and cash flow projections

Researching neighborhood trends and market data

Supporting documentation and reporting processes

All activities are supervised and instructional in nature.

Qualifications:

Interest in real estate analysis, investment evaluation, or financial modeling

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and market data

Ability to manage tasks and follow structured processes

No prior real estate experience required
