Renewable Properties is seeking a talented Real Estate Analyst who is detail-oriented and motivated to learn in supporting the company's real estate and title functions across its renewable energy development pipeline. The Real Estate Analyst will work closely with multiple project partners (internal & external), including title companies, surveyors, and external counsel, to help secure clear and financeable title for projects under development. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical professional with one to three years of experience in real estate, title insurance, or related transactional work. The Real Estate Analyst should be eager to learn, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in real estate, title insurance, escrow, paralegal, or related administrative role.
Familiarity with title insurance processes, including commitments, policies, and common title curative measures.
Basic understanding of property rights, easements, legal descriptions, and land title documentation.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in document review and data entry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable working in shared file systems or project management platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to correspond professionally with external partners.
Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, legal studies, or a related field preferred.
Knowledge of renewable energy or infrastructure development is a plus but not required.
