You’ll follow up fast, build trust even faster, and help clients make the right moves at the right time. You bring the drive — we’ll bring the leads, training, and support. What You’ll Be Doing: -Calling warm, inbound leads (No cold lists — real people looking to move) - Following up through email, text, and CRM tools -Scheduling consultations for our top agents - Thinking on your feet and problem-solving in real time - Building real rapport and creating client loyalty Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls from prospective buyers/sellers • Perform follow-up calls in a timely manner • Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline - provided by the company • Developing business opportunities within specific geographies served by our team of expert Agents • Stay fully abreast of the evolving real estate market • Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management • Learn and apply vital leadership skillsets in a team environment • Participate in regular training and education requirements Qualifications: • Love people and are competitive • Passion for selling • Internal drive to succeed • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Self-motivated and independent • Extremely strong phone sales skills: the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line • Ability to convey sharpness and passion in your role • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Willing to learn and become an authority figure in this industry Compensation: $51,500 at plan commission

    $51,500 per year
