    Description Are you a proactive communicator with a background in sales, customer service, or appointment setting? We’re seeking a driven and reliable remote team member to help us qualify leads and schedule appointments with homeowners looking to sell their properties. This is a performance-driven role with clear daily expectations and the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced real estate investment company. If you're fluent in English, eager to help homeowners, and ready to work U.S. business hours from South Africa, Latin America, or any other location worldwide, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound leads within 5 minutes using our CRM and calling tools • Engage in meaningful conversations with homeowners and ask the right questions to qualify their interest in selling • Build rapport with potential sellers and determine whether they meet our criteria • Maintain a contact rate of 70% or better across all new and follow-up leads • Schedule 2–4 qualified appointments daily for our U.S.-based acquisitions team • Follow daily lead cadences and ensure no new opportunities are missed • Manage a pipeline of follow-up leads and nurture long-term prospects • Maintain a minimum 20% close rate on the appointments you set Qualifications: • Strong spoken English with a neutral or minimal accent • Prior experience in appointment setting, phone sales, or customer service • Confident communicator who is friendly, assertive, and empathetic • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM platforms and calling tools • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to work independently • Comfortable working during U.S. business hours (CST preferred) Compensation $1,000 – $1,300/month base salary Performance-based bonuses and opportunities for long-term growth Compensation: $15,000 - $25,000 yearly
