    The Bagga Team at Royal LePage Magna is seeking a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser to join our growing appraisal division. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and experienced professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality valuation services. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting residential property appraisals, analyzing market data, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals. Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough on-site property inspections and comprehensive market research to deliver precise residential appraisals across Edmonton and surrounding areas • Analyze property data from various sources, including MLS®, public records, zoning databases, and field assessments, to determine accurate market value • Prepare detailed, professional appraisal reports in full compliance with CUSPAP standards and AIC best practices • Clearly communicate valuation findings to clients, mortgage brokers, legal professionals, and real estate agents, offering guidance when needed • Stay informed on Edmonton’s evolving market trends , municipal zoning regulations, and provincial real estate legislation • Efficiently manage a high volume of appraisal files while meeting strict timelines and maintaining quality control • Collaborate with The Bagga Team leadership to help build and scale a reputable, high-volume residential appraisal division in Alberta Qualifications: • Certified member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) with a valid CRA or AACI designationLicensed and in good standing with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in residential real estate appraisal • In-depth understanding of the Edmonton market and surrounding communities • Proficient in industry-standard appraisal tools and platforms, including CRAL, ACI, Total , and local MLS® systems • Exceptional analytical thinking , attention to detail, and report writing skills • Committed to upholding the highest ethical standards , professionalism, and accuracy in all valuation work Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 + Bonus
