Responsibilities: • Assist in the development and implementation of effective lead generation strategies to grow a client base. • Collaborate with experienced agents to gain hands-on experience in real estate transactions and client interactions. • Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends and opportunities. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge. • Support clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions. • Engage in continuous learning to stay current with industry best practices and regulations. Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment. • Proven track record of learning quickly and applying new knowledge effectively. • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Ability to conduct thorough market research, staying informed about local real estate trends. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and team members. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for lead generation and client management is a plus. Compensation: $112,000 - $225,000 yearly
