Responsibilities: • Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client base. • Shadow experienced agents during client meetings to learn effective communication strategies. • Participate in property showings to understand the nuances of presenting homes to potential buyers. • Support the preparation of property listings by gathering and organizing essential information. • Engage in training sessions to familiarize yourself with industry tools and systems. • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless transactions and client satisfaction. • Contribute to marketing efforts by sharing innovative ideas and assisting in execution plans. Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License. • Eagerness to learn and grow in the real estate industry. • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Proven track record of being proactive and taking initiative in previous roles. • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required. • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Willingness to participate in training sessions and apply new knowledge quickly. Compensation: $127,000 - $185,000 yearly
