Responsibilities: • Assist in generating leads and building a robust client base through proactive outreach and networking. • Work closely with experienced agents to learn the intricacies of real estate transactions from start to finish. • Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your real estate knowledge and skills. • Manage and update client information in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up. • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and other client-facing activities to facilitate successful transactions. • Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies that effectively promote listings and services in the Pueblo area.
