Responsibilities: • Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client base. • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices and industry insights. • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions. • Participate in training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills. • Support the team in organizing and conducting property showings and open houses. • Contribute to marketing efforts by creating engaging content and promoting listings. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients. • Proven track record of being self-motivated and eager to learn. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for marketing and client management. • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills. Compensation: $125,500 - $198,500 yearly
