Responsibilities: • Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client base. • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective negotiation and transaction management. • Participate in training sessions to enhance your understanding of real estate market trends. • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions. • Support the team in organizing and conducting property showings and open houses. • Contribute to the preparation of marketing materials to promote listings effectively. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction details in our CRM system. Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to engage and build relationships. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey ideas and information clearly. • Proven track record of being a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with real estate market trends and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. • Proficiency in using CRM systems to maintain accurate client records and transaction details. • Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment. Compensation: $120,000 - $212,000 yearly
