Responsibilities: • Assist experienced agents in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client base. • Participate in client meetings and property showings to gain firsthand experience in client interactions. • Prepare and organize property listings, ensuring all details are accurate and appealing. • Support the team in conducting market research to stay informed about current real estate trends. • Collaborate with mentors to understand the full sales process, from initial contact to closing deals. • Engage in regular training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in real estate practices. • Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and learning from experienced professionals in the field. Qualifications: • Real Estate License. • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and team members. • Proven track record of being a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development sessions. • Familiarity with real estate market trends is beneficial, but not essential. Compensation: $97,500.00 - $198,000.00 yearly
