Qualifications: • Available evenings and weekends • Background in real estate is required for this position • Great written and verbal skills • Ability to reliably commute to our office in Bucktown, Chicago • Available to work weekdays and weekends • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills • Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple clients • Must have a high school diploma/GED or higher • Tech-literate and resourceful; must possess a basic understanding of Microsoft and Google Suite, and can learn our CRM and other platforms/systems we use • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a must • Previous experience in leasing/rentals is a plus • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus • Must have a real estate license Compensation: $55,000 + commission
