    Position Overview

    We’re hiring an Asset Manager to take full ownership of a fast-growing portfolio post-development—ensuring top occupancy, property performance, and ROI across 3,000+ units and multiple commercial spaces. You’ll work closely with brokers, property managers, partners, and internal teams to ensure the best rents, the lowest expenses, and the highest tenant satisfaction.

    This role is for someone who lives the reports, sees the numbers, and pushes outcomes—from lease-up to stabilization.

    • Strong NYC real estate experience

    • Enjoys visiting buildings and making sure everything is just right

    • Marketing and branding background is a major plus

    Key Responsibilities

    • Take full responsibility for residential and commercial assets post-development
    • Ensure top-tier leasing through broker coordination and performance oversight
    • Partner with property management teams to drive tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency
    • Continuously review and “live the reports”—from vacancy to NOI to expense line items
    • Personally visit and oversee property presentation and performance
    • Maximize occupancy and minimize waste across the portfolio
    • Present performance and improvement plans to partners
    • Ensure commercial spaces are fully and properly leased
    • Identify and drive revenue growth and cost savings initiatives
    • (Bonus) Collaborate with marketing to support branding, broker onboarding, and performance

    Qualifications

    • 3–6+ years in real estate or property asset management
    • Experience with residential/mixed-use NYC real estate
    • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
    • Track record of maximizing performance and profitability
    • Comfortable with property visits and ownership-style mentality
    • Marketing or branding experience is a plus

    Must-Haves

    • 3+ years in real estate asset management
    • Experience overseeing leasing performance and property financials
    • Ability to lead, analyze, and present property operations
    • Self-driven, modern professional with NYC property knowledge
    • Local travel to NYC properties required
