We are offering a unique paid opportunity for two newly licensed or soon-to-be licensed real estate agents to work in our office as Real Estate Assistants. This role is designed for individuals eager to learn the business from the inside out while earning income and building a clear path toward becoming a full-production Sales Agent or Asset Manager.
What You Will Do
Front Desk and Client Experience
- Welcome and assist clients, agents, and vendors in a professional, friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Create a positive first impression that reflects RGroup Realty's service standards.
Transaction Coordination and Support
- Assist with real estate transaction coordination using Lone Wolf Transaction Desk.
- Maintain organized client and transaction files in CRM and office systems.
- Ensure timelines, documents, and communications are completed with accuracy.
Property Management and Marketing Support
- Support the property management team with maintenance requests, scheduling, and resident communications.
- Help coordinate marketing campaigns for listings and property management services.
- Learn and promote RGroup Realty's exclusive programs to clients and landlords

- Arizona Real Estate License (active or pending) – Required.

Schedule and Compensation
- Part-time: 20–30 hours per week (in-office).
- Hourly wage plus commission potential. ($17 - $20 per hour)
- Flexible schedule to allow for real estate activities outside of office hours.
- Location: 8230 East Broadway Boulevard, Suite W8, Tucson, Arizona.
