We’re hiring a motivated licensed real estate assistant to join our growing team! Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for the business, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, scheduling bids with vendors for negotiations, setting up all listing prep needs, and showing clients homes. The perfect candidate will have open availability specifically on nights and weekends where most business is conducted. The right personality fit for this role is someone eager to perform, quick on their toes, and with a good attitude. This is not a stepping-stone position. Responsibilities: • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough • Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals • Show homes to clients and coordinate timing of showings. • Coordinate client closing gifts and key hand-offs. • Ability to analyze inspection reports and pull vendor bids on necessary repairs for clients in an efficient manner. • Assist in full listing prep, including vendor set up, staging, etc. Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • Weekend and evening availability • Must have own form of transportation and insurance. Compensation: $50,000
