Our fast-growing real estate team is looking for a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) / Sales Assistant to help convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified appointments for our top-producing agents. This role is perfect for someone who loves sales, communication, and lead conversion , and wants to grow within a high-performance real estate organization with proven systems, training, and support. Responsibilities: • Qualify inbound and outbound real estate leads and identify serious buyers and sellers • Build rapport quickly with prospective clients and schedule appointments for real estate agents • Follow up with leads via phone, email, text, and CRM communication • Convert prospects into qualified real estate appointments • Maintain accurate records and notes using a CRM system • Develop and nurture new opportunities within assigned geographic areas • Manage high-volume lead follow-up using proven scripts and sales processes • Educate prospects on the benefits of working with our top-performing real estate team • Consistently implement clear calls to action to move prospects to the next step • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and complete daily follow-up tasks • Listen carefully to client needs and provide helpful, knowledgeable responses • Participate in weekly team meetings, coaching, and sales training • Master and consistently deliver the EmpowerHome sales scripts and systems • Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls • Organized with strong time management and follow-up skills • Ability to learn and use CRM systems and Microsoft Office • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive • Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment • High school diploma or equivalent required • Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation: $55,000 - $100,000+ annually
