The Licensed Real Estate Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the Broker-in-Charge and sales team by combining day-to-day administrative support with licensed real estate assistance. This person will handle client management, transaction coordination, CRM oversight, light marketing, and field support, while also being eligible for bonus compensation when leads convert into closed deals. This position is ideal for a licensed real estate professional who enjoys structure, follow-through, and operations. This position is also a developmental role, offering a clear pathway for the right candidate to potentially transition into a full-time Licensed Agent role with Real Estate House International, based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities: Licensed Transaction & Listing Support • Prepare offers, addenda, and listing documents; manage MLS entry, disclosures, and compliance • Support listing launch activities: photography, lockboxes, staging coordination, signage • Schedule and confirm showings, inspections, walkthroughs, and appraisals • Provide licensed support for open houses, showings, and client appointments (with direction from Broker) • Attend closings or walkthroughs on behalf of the agent when needed Client & Lead Management • Enter, tag, and manage contacts in the CRM system; set up drip campaigns and reminders • Follow up with new leads and referrals to set appointments or gather more information • Coordinate client touches (birthday/holiday cards, closing gifts, testimonials) • Manage new construction follow-up emails and warranty reminders • Assist with client relocation guides and personalized welcome materials • Monitor lead conversions and submit for bonus tracking when leads close General Administrative Support • Answer and return phone calls professionally; manage voicemail and email inboxes • Schedule meetings, inspections, showings, and appointments for the Broker and clients • Keep digital files organized for listings and transactions; ensure compliance documentation is complete • Maintain checklists, systems, and templates for listing lifecycle, closings, and agent onboarding Marketing & Social Media Coordination • Support the marketing company with verifying post schedules, content requests, and branding accuracy • Upload listing and client videos to YouTube; share content when needed • Manage client surveys, reviews, and testimonials for post-sale marketing use • Track referral partners and assist in light outreach efforts for inbound/outbound agent connections Event & Field Support (Local) • Assist with setup/breakdown of client appreciation events, marketing pop-ups, or training sessions • Deliver signs, lockboxes, gifts, and print materials as needed for listings or closings • Provide occasional support for home prep, final walk-throughs, or listing refreshes Qualifications: • Active South Carolina Real Estate License (REQUIRED) • 1–3 years of experience in real estate operations, sales support, or transaction coordination • Strong understanding of real estate contracts, timelines, and listing-to-close processes • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Comfortable using CRM platforms, MLS, Google Workspace, Canva, and social media tools • Able to work independently and anticipate business needs Compensation: $25 hourly
