Real Estate Assistant - Hr & Marketing Internship
Must be in San Diego - This position is IN-PERSON • Looking for someone who loves to meet new people, has lots of energy, and wants to get their foot in the door of Human Resources, Marketing and/or real Estate. • This position is a hybrid of everything needed to pad your resume and build real-world skills to bypass the first few grueling years of working in the business world. • Must be excited to speak with people! • We are looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, and move up within the company. Those interested in real estate are a plus. • This internship position provides an educational experience that serves as compensation. • All positions within our company are promoted from within; top performers may be offered part-time or full-time career opportunities within our organization as well as placements within client and vendor organizations. Responsibilities: • Assist Agents and team leaders with organization, calendars, marketing, open houses, networking, events, and related tasks • Attend calls & Zoom meetings • Tabling, planning & hosting events, entertaining guests & clients • Send meeting confirmations • Manage team calendar • Social Media content and tasks • Send follow-ups and thank yous • Process basic paperwork • Run basic errands • Learn basic software • Assisting with recruiting tasks • Managing giveaways, email lists, and referrals • Set up digital training and organize digital documents • Any other miscellaneous admin tasks (event planning, birthdays, etc.) Qualifications: • Adaptable • High Energy • Positive Attitude • Student Mentality • Be efficient without supervision • Willing to grow and expand role over time • Must access to a computer and reliable internet service • Must have access to reliable transportation Compensation: $200 - $1,000 Bonuses
