We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and self-motivated Real Estate Assistant to support our team’s daily operations and client outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and has a passion for real estate, communication, and lead generation. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Answer inbound inquiries from buyers, sellers, and leads across phone, email, and CRM platforms • Make outbound calls to warm leads, For Sale By Owner (FSBO) listings, and expired listings to generate appointments • Set listing and buyer consultation appointments for the team • Manage lead follow-up tasks and maintain CRM organization • Provide general administrative support, including document management, scheduling, and basic marketing tasks • Assist in coordinating open houses and showing schedules • Support transaction coordination as needed from contract to close Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service • 2-3 years experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant • High school diploma required Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
