    We’re searching for an organized and detail-oriented multitasker who loves interacting with people. You’ll be responsible for welcoming visitors, clients, fellow employees, and agents to the office in a friendly and professional manner; Answering phone calls and emails; Completing data entry into various software programs; Assisting our sales agents; Reviewing transactions for compliance; and assisting with other office operations as needed. Responsibilities: • Greet visitors, agents, employees, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner and assist them as needed. • Complete daily data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. • Monitor transactions for compliance. • Keep the office area tidy and supplies stocked. • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as organizing, copying, and filing, etc. • Ensure that incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries are managed appropriately. • Learn and understand our software programs to act as a resource for our sales agents. • Assist with onboarding new agents to familiarize them with the office procedures. • Other administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications: • Data entry experience with an eye for detail. • Exceptional Customer Service Skills. • A genuine willingness to help others. • Willingness to continually grow and learn. • Experience with Excel/Word/Google Sheets/Google Docs. • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or a GED. Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly
