    We are a dynamic and high-performing real estate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to manage operations, ensure seamless transactions, and enhance client experience. This is anoperations-focused role with no sales responsibilities. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Operations & Client Care • Oversee each property file from start to finish , ensuring all deadlines are met. • Provide outstanding client care by keeping clients informed, addressing needs, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. • Work closely with our in-house transaction coordinator to maintain organized, efficient workflows. • Manage listing coordination —track deadlines, verify listing details, and ensure timely updates. • Handle lead management , ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth communication with potential clients. • Keep the team organized through effective checklists, systems, and operational strategies. Administrative & Personal AssistanceCalendar management —schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth daily operations. • Assist with personal assistant tasks as needed. • Be a runner—install signs, pick up keys from sellers, install lockboxes, and assist with tenant estoppel certificates. Marketing & Property ListingsCreate offering memorandums for property listings. • Design and distribute open house flyers and marketing materials. • Update and maintain listings on Multiple Listing Service (MLS), CoStar, and LoopNet. • Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations for meetings and events. • Support the planning and execution of office events. Qualifications: • Must have executive assistant experience —strong organizational and administrative background required. • A valid real estate license is required. • Speaking Spanish would be beneficial. • Strong ability to create and manage checklists and systems for operational efficiency. • Comfortable with hands-on work , from administrative tasks to on-site responsibilities. • A passion for organization and operations —this is not a sales position. • Must possess a valid California driver’s license , a reliable vehicle, and must maintain and provide proof of current auto insurance sufficient to perform work duties Compensation: $60,000
