    Join a top-producing Realtor specializing in the West University Place market with Sotheby’s International Realty in a pivotal role supporting her luxury real estate business. This dynamic position offers a blend of in-office work and on-the-go responsibilities, giving you hands-on involvement in all facets of the business. Based out of the agent’s home office, you’ll be instrumental in delivering the seamless, polished, and highly personalized experience her clients have come to expect, while upholding the exceptional standards of service and professionalism that define her brand. This is a long-term opportunity in a stable, supportive environment where loyalty, hard work, and excellence are valued. Ideal candidates have an active TX real estate license, deep knowledge of Texas residential real estate, and a passion for concierge-level service. We seek a dedicated, career-minded administrative professional—this role is not a stepping stone to sales. Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 based on experience, plus a bonus Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, access to medical benefits Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs, M-F, flexibility on weekends required for open houses 1- 2 times a month. Location: Houston, TX. Agent’s home office in the West University Place area. You live within a 40-minute commute of Houston, TX. (77005) You have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work-related tasks. You have a driver’s license, and you carry insurance. Responsibilities: About the Role As this top-producing agent’s right hand, you will enhance client experiences and business efficiency by anticipating needs, communicating clearly, and taking ownership. You’ll keep her on track and serve as her gatekeeper, time manager, and reminder system. What You’ll Do • **Support & Serve: **You will provide executive-level support that empowers her to focus on client engagements and driving sales. Your role will encompass managing emails, calendars, coordinating tasks, handling communications, preparing her for appointments, and running errands to keep the business momentum strong. As the primary point of contact, you'll ensure no detail is overlooked, delivering a concierge-level service that enhances every client interaction. • Systems Support: You'll be instrumental in maintaining and refining existing systems, checklists, and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. By taking ownership of the contact database, you'll nurture its growth and leverage it to support her lead generation and follow-up efforts. • Manage Deal Flow: You'll oversee the seamless execution of every listing and transaction, from start to finish. This includes preparing your agent for listing appointments and owning the pre-listing and listing process—coordinating vendors, prepping homes for market, managing showings, and ensuring marketing is consistent and on-brand. As the key point of contact, you'll prioritize thoughtful follow-up and follow-through at every stage. On the transaction side, you'll manage 1–2 transactions per month, assisting with disclosures, inspections, timelines, scheduling showings, repair requests, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. • **Marketing & Event Support: **Although this role is not directly focused on marketing, you'll collaborate on marketing efforts, manage social media, oversee the marketing calendar, and create high-quality materials using Sotheby’s internal marketing platform. You'll also coordinate and attend 1-2 open houses per month with the agent, and you’ll support her in celebrating client milestones and helping her collect 5-star reviews. How To Qualify: • 2+ years of experience supporting another agent or team in a similar capacity • An active TX real estate license is required • A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred • You must be able to attend 1–2 weekend open houses per month alongside the agent.
