Real Estate Assistant We’re a fast-growing real estate team looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Real Estate Assistant to support transaction coordination, listing operations, marketing initiatives, and day-to-day office activities. You’ll partner closely with our Listing Coordinator, Transactions Coordinator, and the broader team to deliver seamless client experiences from contract signing through closing, while also helping drive marketing efforts and keeping our office running smoothly. Position Details • Schedule: In-office, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM • Location: Hopkins, MN • License: Real estate license preferred (opportunity to list and sell up to four homes per year) Responsibilities: Transaction Coordination • Open and maintain transaction files in our CRM. • Track critical deadlines (contingencies, inspections, financing, closing). • Communicate with clients, lenders, and title/escrow partners—collect signatures and deliver documents. • Coordinate closing logistics and ensure all parties have everything they need for a smooth handoff. Listing Support • Partner with the Listing Coordinator on every new listing. • Gather property details and photos. • Input new listings into the MLS accurately. • Schedule stagers, photographers, virtual tours, and open houses. • Take ownership of all listing-related tasks once a home is live on the market. • Ensure timely updates, price changes, and status adjustments. • Coordinate any additional marketing or administrative needs as listings progress. Marketing & Graphics • Create “Just Listed” and “Just Sold” graphics using our templates. • Manage and monitor Facebook ad campaigns to maximize listing exposure. • Assist with email blasts, reverse prospecting, and communication to buyer agents. • Prepare open-house materials—flyers, signage, guest sheets, and any other collateral. Office & Administrative Support • Help the Operations Manager with general office upkeep and administrative tasks. • Coordinate occasional client events, team meetings, and in-office activities. • Maintain office supplies, organize digital and physical files, and support any ad hoc projects. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Detail-Oriented: You catch the little things before they become big problems. • Proactive Communicator: You keep clients and teammates informed at every step. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new software and managing digital marketing tools (CRM, MLS, Facebook Ads Manager). • Team Player: You’re eager to jump in wherever needed and support a collaborative environment. • Licensed (Preferred): A Minnesota real estate license is a plus; if you’re licensed, you’ll have the opportunity to list and sell up to four homes per year. Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly
