Responsibilities: • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching • Enforce compliance with legal and tax withholding processes • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner • Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner. • Review CRM follow-up tasks. • Log all communication notes. • Track pipeline dashboard (contacts - appts - conversions). Qualifications: • Communicates well, both verbally and written • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • Weekend and evening availability • License for real estate is preferred but not required • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • Basic computer skills • Customer service skills Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
