Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed abstract reviews and handle various aspects of residential real estate transactions. • Work collaboratively with the team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently. • Engage with clients and provide top-notch legal advice and services. Qualifications: • J.D. (Juris Doctorate) degree required from an accredited law school is required • Maintain a current law license in the state and be a member of the local bar association • Must be computer proficient • Proficient and comfortable with modern technology and software used in legal practice. • Exhibits a strong work ethic and a 'humble confidence' approach. • Pays meticulous attention to detail. • Possesses the ability to be self-motivated and work efficiently in a remote setting. • Previous experience in transactional real estate is advantageous but not mandatory. Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 yearly
