Responsibilities: • Lead by example through active production and consistent client service • Collaborate with team leadership on growth strategy and agent development • Support recruiting conversations and attract experienced agents • Mentor newer agents through contracts, negotiations, and client communication • Contribute to training sessions and skill development meetings • Review transactions for accuracy and best practice guidance • Help strengthen systems that support accountability and performance Qualifications: • Must have a managing broker’s license • Superb customer service and communication skills • An active real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions • Willingness to obtain a broker license • Proven experience closing real estate transactions • Strong communication and leadership presence • Ability to mentor and guide agents with professionalism • Organized and detail-oriented with contract knowledge • Growth mindset with a team-focused approach • Desire to expand your business within a collaborative environment Compensation: $160,000+ at plan
