Responsibilities: • Develop onboarding resources for new agents and deliver training that supports consistent team performance • Collaborate with leadership on strategies to improve agent satisfaction and long-term engagement • Support agents with marketing collateral and help execute creative digital and social campaigns to boost visibility and sales • Manage the day-to-day operations and systems that support your team’s success • Drive team production and performance goals • Maintain and grow your personal sales pipeline • Maintain and organize your team’s contact and client database • Expand and scale your team’s presence within the organization • Provide ongoing coaching and skill-building support for agents Qualifications: • Excellent customer service and communication skills • The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents • Real estate license required • Brokers license or ability to obtain one • Sales experience Compensation: $140,000 at plan
