Responsibilities: • Recruit, mentor, and train new and experienced real estate agents • Provide ongoing guidance to help team members grow production and reach their goals • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for growth and retention • Support agents with transaction guidance, contracts, and compliance questions • Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and collaboration within your team • Leverage company resources, tools, and systems to help agents succeed Qualifications: • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team • Unparallelled communication and customer service skills • Active Michigan real estate license required and/or willingness to obtain broker's license • Previous experience in sales, team leadership, or brokerage support • Strong track record of production and knowledge of local real estate market • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills • Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop agents at different career stages • Organized and resourceful with a focus on long term growth Compensation: $140,000 at plan
