Responsibilities: • Assure all company policies and procedures and state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws are being followed by the agents and brokerage • Expand our brokerage by hiring top-performing realtors for our team • Make training materials for new real estate agents and develop them to perform up to our brokerage’s high standards • Help real estate agents with marketing materials and support the brokerage with creative online and social media promotion to increase sales • Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and all real estate transactions • Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards • Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention • Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales • Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team • Team Sales • Individual sales • Database • Grow your division • Coach and train Qualifications: • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents • Candidates must possess a managing broker’s license • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance • Over 3 years as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent • A real estate license is required • Broker's license or ability to obtain one • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $155,000 at plan commissions
