Responsibilities: • Contribute to the growth and productivity of the office through collaboration and shared knowledge • Mentor and support agents with contract questions, negotiations, and compliance guidance • Maintain your own book of business while helping newer agents develop theirs • Assist in onboarding new agents and introducing them to company systems and processes • Lead by example through professional standards, integrity, and consistent production • Participate in office training sessions, workshops, and community initiatives • Build relationships with local vendors, partners, and clients to strengthen market presence Qualifications: • Active real estate license and the ability or intent to obtain a broker’s license • Proven experience as a productive real estate agent with a history of consistent closings • Strong understanding of contracts, compliance, and local real estate laws • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills • Collaborative mindset with a desire to contribute to team and office success • Organized, dependable, and comfortable at balancing multiple priorities • Committed to personal and professional growth through coaching and accountability • Familiarity with CRM systems and technology tools for transaction and pipeline management Compensation: $140,000 at plan
