Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver training programs to help new agents align with team standards and achieve success • Partner with leadership to design and implement agent retention strategies • Support agents with marketing materials and manage online/social media campaigns to boost visibility and sales • Oversee day-to-day operational functions for the team to ensure efficiency • Contribute to both team and individual sales goals • Maintain and grow a high-quality client database • Lead the expansion of your division with a focus on sustainable growth • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to agents for skill development and performance improvement Qualifications: • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team • Superb customer service and communication skills • Real estate license required Compensation: $160,000 at plan commissions
