Added Value: • Recruiting systems and coaching resources to build your team • Structured mentorship and training programs • Proven lead opportunities to fuel production • Collaborative, growth-driven culture • Dual income potential through team and personal production Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all real estate transactions the agents are involved in • Support real estate agents by helping to produce marketing materials and promote the brokerage online and on social media to gain sales • Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our brokerage keeps our top performers • Develop training materials for new real estate agents for the brokerage and train them to ensure their performance meets our high standards • Grow the brokerage office by recruiting new realtors that will make excellent team members • Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards • Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention • Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales • Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team • Team Sales • Individual sales • Database • Grow your division • Coach and train Qualifications: • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Candidates must possess a managing broker’s license • A real estate license is required • Brokers license or ability to obtain one • Sales experience Compensation: $160,000 at plan commissions
