PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY TAKING COURSES TO GET YOUR LICENSE AND APPROXIMATE COMPLETION DATE. We’re searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. If this sounds like you, apply today! Responsibilities: • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed • Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible • Enforce compliance with legal and tax withholding processes • Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events • Supporting partners and senior brokers with daily tasks, client management, and appointments • Hosting open houses, conducting inspections, and ensuring properties are market-ready • Managing and updating the CRM (FollowUpBoss) to maintain accurate client records and complete daily follow-up tasks • Handling client communications, relationship management, and lead follow-ups to set appointments with senior brokers • Managing a variety of responsibilities and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems • Previous experience in the real estate industry • Either already has or is working towards real estate license • Ability to commute to our office in Chicago • Available weekdays and weekends • Ability to learn our CRM and other platforms we use • Strong verbal and communication skills • Handle multiple clients • Ability to prioritize workload • Effective use of technology Compensation: $45,000 + Commission
