Responsibilities: • Be sure that state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws and all company policies and procedures are being followed by the brokerage and all agents • Run all operational aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all transactions the real estate agents perform • Support real estate agents by helping to produce marketing materials and promote the brokerage online and on social media to gain sales • Cooperate with the leadership team on a retention strategy to ensure we keep our top-performing real estate agents • Expand our brokerage by hiring top-performing realtors for our team • Team sales • Individual sales • Database • Grow your division • Coach and train • Follow the team plan Qualifications: • Candidates must possess a managing broker’s license • Working knowledge of the real estate industry and of all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure our brokerage is in compliance • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents • 3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Real estate license required • Brokers license or ability to obtain one • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $140,000 at plan
