Compensation- Commensurate with experience $5.000.00 Signing Bonus Hybrid Responsibilities: We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Attorney with at least 1–3 years of foreclosure experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in foreclosure matters and be comfortable handling high-volume caseloads. Responsibilities Include: • Oversee foreclosure cases from intake through entry of Final Judgment and sale • Review and approve Complaints, Amended Complaints, motions, and notices • Review title updates, including confirmation of Lis Pendens recording • Review demand letters for legal sufficiency and compliance • Review estoppel letters for accuracy and legal completeness • Review drafted payoff and reinstatement letters • Evaluate and respond to title claims as needed • Attend contested and uncontested hearings and trials • Assist with the completion of client reporting • Correspond with opposing counsel and clients regarding matters handled by the firm • Update LPS, TEMPO, Noteflow, CaseAware, and other client systems, including timely responses to client emails Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school • Active license and good standing • At least 1–3 years of foreclosure experience • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Computer proficiency required • Outstanding research, negotiating, and communication skills This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to grow within a dynamic real estate and foreclosure practice.
