Applicant must have at least 7-10 years of expertise in a wide variety of real estate matters, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, title issues, and closings. Excellent writing, research, and communication skills required, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Portables not required.
