Responsibilities: • Understand all legal aspects of the clients’ desired outcome and circumstances to provide them with sound legal advice • Conduct detailed due diligence, and inspect title examination, closing binder, and legal documents for legal risk, completion, and accuracy • Negotiate real estate transaction terms and conditions, and facilitate the transfer of title between borrowers, real estate agents, and title company Qualifications: • J.D. (Juris Doctorate) degree required from an accredited law school is required • Relevant knowledge of property management, land use, title insurance, business law, and residential and commercial real estate law, including litigation • Be a member of your local bar association and hold a current law license in the state • Three years of experience as corporate counsel for a real estate development firm, as a transactional attorney, or residential or commercial real estate attorney • Superb negotiation, networking, research, and communication skills are needed Compensation: $50,000 - $250,000 at plan
